Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any used or opened products.
Once a product has left our facility, it cannot be resold or restocked due to contamination risks.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will gladly assist.
Refunds

Once your parcel has been handed to the courier, delivery time is dependent on them.
Please note: Outlying or rural areas may require an additional 3–5 working days.
